Program of the Concert


WOLFGANG AMADEUS MOZART AND JOHANN STRAUSS


In the first part, you will listen to some of the most marvelous overtures, arias and duets from the operas of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. "Le Nozze di Figaro", "Die Zauberflöte" and "Don Giovanni" to name a few.


The most popular operetta arias, waltzes and polkas of the "Walzerkoenig" Johann Strauss - from "Die Fledermaus" and "Der Zigeunerbaron" to "Donauwalzer" and the famous "Radetzkymarsch" - comprise the second part.


The orchestra is accompanied by two opera singers, a soprano and a baritone.

Do as royalty does: After the official opening times of Schönbrunn Palace, the gates will open again for you. Explore the magnificent Schönbrunn Palace in an exclusive and private atmosphere. The Palace tour ends in the impressive Great Gallery. Then enjoy some royal amusement at the concert in the Orangery.

 



IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE PALACE TOUR


You visit the Palace with your own smartphone as an audio guide. So make sure you bring your smartphone fully charged. Carrying your own headphones is recommended.


Free WiFi is available in Schönbrunn Palace. The tour is available in the following languages: German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Chinese.


Please note: the specified departure time for the Palace tour must be observed. In case of delay, the ticket becomes invalid.


After the concert has ended, there will be sufficient taxis available at the entrance to the Orangery Schönbrunn. The underground leaves in five to eight-minute intervals until midnight.
